Indeed it is useful to bear in mind the possibility that a student's stage of cognitive development can be a limiting factor in their information literacy, but it may also be true that scenarios demanding a higher level of information literacy might stimulate the student's cognitive development. Is that not what post-Piaget education is supposed to be?

Awesome article! I read the whole thing and will cite this in my paper I'm writing in my college English class as to why graphic novels should be included in the English curriculum.

But one note: Manga aren't read from to bottom right to top left. It's just plain top right to bottom left. It's only a mirror image of English.

To Whom It May Concern:
As an MLS librarian (UCLA, 1971), I would like to recommend my website as a contender for "Best Website." 50somethinginfo.com is both a search engine and a website. I have worked on it full-time for several years and there is nothing like it on the web. It is a one-stop source of pre-screened resources dedicated to 50+ year olds and it covers everything from age-related medical issues to caregiving to travel to budgeting money, etc. I've followed every guideline recommended by government sites for building a site specifically for this age group. I've consulted independent agencies and hired Microsoft Gold programmers.
Please review the website and should you not consider this among the best, I'd appreciate your feedback. However, I am very hopeful that this site merits your recommendation. This information is vital to many and I'd like to get it to them as soon as possible.
Many thanks.

You should certainly think about working on expanding this site into a major authority in this market. You evidently have a grasp handle of the matters everyone is looking for on this blog anyways and you could definitely even earn a buck or two off of some advertisements. I would explore following recent topics and raising the amount of write ups you put up and I guarantee you’d begin seeing some amazing targeted traffic in the near future. Just a thought, good luck in whatever you do!
